Palm Desert · Palm Desert(WXIN/WTTV) — A Delaware County man has been sentenced to two years in prison after being convicted last month of child pornography possession. Neil B. Cook, 59, of Albany, was convicted by a jury on May 30 of two counts of Possession of Child Pornography - both level 6 felonies. On Wednesday, Cook was sentenced to two years in prison and three years of probation.
