The Quakertown police chief and borough manager has been placed on administrative leave after an incident at an anti-ICE protest where he appeared to put a teenage girl in a chokehold.The Quakertown borough solicitor confirmed that Scott McElree was placed on workers comp leave for both of his positions, NBC10 Philadelphia reported.
