The Climate Action Network is alerting on Tuesday, June 3rd about the great vulnerability of French ultramarine territories, precarised, in the face of rising temperatures and their processions of extreme phenomena.
Between geographical and climatic, social and political difficulties, ultramarine publishing houses also have to deal with often island and small markets.
According to a report by the Climate Action Network published on Tuesday, June 3, France's ultramarine territories are among the "most exposed to the impacts of climate change." The alert document on risks (dryness, rising waters, cyclones) and calls for a better representation of the Overseas countries at climate summits.
