According to the latest data published by the group of Ukrainian analysts Deep State, the pace of Russian progress on the front in Ukraine increased in June compared to May, from 14 km2 to 84 km2 – or 2.8 km2 per day on average 1. In the first half of the year, the Russian army occupied 770 km2 of Ukrainian territory, compared with 1,830 in the same period in 2025. The Russian increase thus returned to its level of 2024, when it stood at 750 km2…
