Oregon Legislature Passes Fentanyl Criminalization Bill

Oregon legislators have passed a bill that adds new mandatory minimum sentences for fentanyl manufacture and delivery, and creates a new statute for all fentanyl penalties—including possession—separate from the one that governs other controlled substances.
