Terry McCall of Efland won a $100,000 prize off of a $30 scratch-off ticket last week, the North Carolina Education Lottery announced Monday. McCall bought his ticket from the Graham Grocery on North Carolina Highway 54. McCall picked up his prize Friday at the lottery headquarters in Raleigh.
