Today it is under investigation as reported by the Secretary of Security, Omar García Harfuch. It was last July 4 when in Saltillo 11.5 million were recovered, a day earlier in Ramos Arizpe had been 3.9 million, adding more than 15.4 million liters of hydrocarbons.
