OpenJDK 25: promotion of several JEPs

Java 25 is in full development. Several JEPs are experiencing a status evolution in the project:- JEPs 513 and 505 move from proposed to target to target: this means that these features will be in the next Java- JEPs 510, 508 and 506 move from Candidate to Proposed to Target: these proposals could be integrated fairly quickly in Java, either in Java 25 or Java 26.
