OpenAI introduces mandatory ID verification for developers amid concerns of misuse, IP theft

Developers with ‘Verified Organisation’ status will be able to “unlock access to the most advanced models and capabilities on the OpenAI Platform,” the Microsoft-backed AI startup said on its support page that was reportedly updated last week.
