With the exercise of the last option foreseen in the contracts signed a decade ago, Arcor wants to buy 51% of the capital of Mastellone Hermanos and to have 100% of the shares and, consequently, the control of the biggest dairy in the country, owner of the brand La Serenísima for milks, creams and cheeses.
The company Arcor informed the National Securities Commission that it made use of the purchase option, whose term expired at the end of 2025. Read more
