SUGARCREEK – The village will be sandwiched by paving work on state Route 39 this summer, starting Monday night. Night-time paving will begin along an 8-mile stretch of 39 west of the village, according to ODOT District 11 spokesperson Lauren Borell, from about the state Route 93 intersection west to U.S. 62 in Berlin.
