- Prosecutors accuse Ellingworth and Harris of exposing their children to illicit substances and maintaining living conditions that were unhealthy and unsuitable, resulting in charges of three counts of child neglect and drug trafficking against them.
- Ellingworth remains jailed on a $50,000 bond while an arrest warrant with a $15,000 bond is active for Harris, whose custody status is unclear as of early May 2025.
