LIGHTS illuminate cyclist being pursued (WPD). A bicyclist who pedaled away from an attempted vehicle stop by Westminster police was arrested on drug and other charges Tuesday night. According to the WPD, the incident began around 11 p.m. in the area of Bolsa Avenue and Purdy Street. A pursuit developed but the rider was eventually taken into custody.
