Elva Ruth Harris, 79, of Mountain View, Arkansas, passed away peacefully on January 3, 2026, at the Blossoms Nursing Home. She was born on June 19, 1946, in Marked Tree, Arkansas, to Elton and Eva Mae (Kirby) Harris. Ruth was a Christian of the Baptist faith and a member of Flatwoods Baptist Church.
