CASPER, Wyo. — A Casper woman was charged with two felonies last week after allegedly firing a handgun in the direction of another woman in the courtyard area of an apartment complex in east Casper. Rylie Woolson, 25, was arrested later that day when a sheriff’s deputy spotted the vehicle she’d reportedly left in.
