More than 300 motorcyclists from different municipalities of the state of Puebla, Tlaxcala and Veracruz gathered in the vicinity of the 5 May Boulevard to hold a peaceful demonstration to the State Congress against the reform of the Mobility Law in Puebla, called the “Chaleco Law”.
