N.J. police officers under review after Black motorist posts video of his arrest during traffic stop

A traffic stop where a Black man was pulled over last week shortly after leaving his housing complex in Jackson is under review by the police department.The man said in a Facebook post that cops drove past him while he was sitting in his car and on the phone and then began following him after he left the Westlake Mews residential development to go to BJ’s to pick up groceries for his son.
