An Ocean County mother arrested after her 2-year-old daughter ingested methadone and died has been ordered held in jail due to her past track record of showing up for court, a judge ruled Monday.Jenna O’Connor, 32, has failed to appear in court 17 times and has been convicted of eight prior disorderly persons offenses since 2016, Judge Pamela Snyder said.
