SAN JOSE – The San Jose Sharks have signed college free agent and left-shot defenseman Noah Beck to a one-year entry-level contract for next season. Beck’s deal, per PuckPedia, carries a $975,000 salary cap hit at the NHL level. He will also join the San Jose Barracuda on an amateur tryout for the rest of this season.
