One of the professional groups in Poland may soon have its retirement age raised. This concerns bailiffs and court assessors, who — according to the already completed draft amendment to the act — would be expected to work until the age of 70. The reason for the change is the "necessity to eliminate from legislation manifestations of discrimination on grounds of age," we read on the government website.
