New jail facility opens in Gibson County

GIBSON COUNTY, Ind. (WEHT) — Less than a month after cutting the ribbon on the new Gibson County Jail, officials say the facility is ready to house inmates. The facility can house up to 210 inmates and is equipped with a dispatch center, an intake center and the sheriff's office.
