LIZ ADAMS | HESPERIAN-BEACON Sterling, Colorado, native Jeff Kler recently took on his new role as the general manager for the Producers Co-Op Elevator in Floydada, previously held by Seth Stephens. Kler has served as grain originator and merchandiser for 15 years, though PCE has introduced him to some additional responsibilities for the tire shop and other components he said he has been enjoying over the past few months.
