New Aldi grocery store opens in Waverly

Scores of shoppers hit the aisles of Waverly's newest grocery store on Thursday, as the Aldi located on Business Highway 218 opened its doors at 9 a.m.

TURIN — An Aldi store has opened in San Maurizio Canavese. The supermarket is now located in Via Rocciamelone at the corner of Via Torino. The Turin one is only one of the six stores that the Aldi Sud group recently decided to activate in northern Italy; the others are located in Arzignano (province of Vicenza), Bussolengo (province of Varese), Varese, Rimini and Trieste.
