(ABC 36 NEWSNOW) — Neighbors are concerned about a new bar under construction in University Plaza off Woodland Avenue in Lexington. ‘Two-Fisted Willy’s’ will sit in between ‘Great Bagel’ and ‘Subway’ as a rooftop bar. Across the street, neighbors are worried it might be too loud, and bring more traffic to the area.
