Nebraska Gov. Signs Emergency Medical Cannabis Regulations

Nebraska Gov. Jim Pillen (R) on Tuesday signed emergency regulations for implementing the state's voter-approved medical cannabis law. The regulations were approved last week by the state Medical Cannabis Commission. The regulations allow the state to begin licensing medical cannabis cultivators, product manufacturers, dispensaries, and transporters.
