CHICAGO (WGN) — The Lake County Coroner’s Office on Wednesday identified the US Navy sailor killed in a single-vehicle crash Sunday near the Great Lakes Naval Station.   Coroners say 28-year-old Makaio Bartley was originally from California but stationed at Great Lakes Naval Station.
