dna.frOn Friday, 20 June, the Mulhouse court handed down its judgement against the former master of Stark, a Belgian shepherd who had tied with a loin to his car and dragged him, seriously wounding him. The thirty-year-old was sentenced to 18 months in prison, 12 of whom were farmed and the other six with a probationary stay.
