Pharmaceutical company MSD is selling its factory in Oss to fellow industry player Organon. The takeover will relocate 295 functions, but will also result in the loss of 200 jobs. Both companies confirmed this after reporting by local media outlet DTV Nieuws. The management of both companies informed the staff of the MSD factory on Tuesday.
