Motorcyclist killed in deer collision in Moore Township, authorities say
A deer collided with a motorcycle in Moore Township on Monday, killing a 65-year-old Monroe County man, authorities said.The Lehigh County Coroner’s Office has identified the deceased as Charles S. Eppinger of Saylorsburg. Eppinger died from multiple traumatic injuries as a result of the collision and the manner was ruled accidental by Lehigh County Coroner Daniel A. Buglio.

A Monroe County man died Monday after hitting a deer with his motorcycle in Northampton County. Lehigh County Coroner Daniel A. Buglio said Charles Eppinger, 65, of Saylorsburg, was riding a motorcycle about 2:45 p.m. in the 2700 block of Mountain View Drive in Moore Township when he hit the deer.
