MOHAWK — State Police responded to I-90 near mile marker 220.4 June 6 at 10:35 a.m. for a motorcycle crash. Operator Brian A. Kelsey, age 64, from Arkport, was operating a 2023 Harley Davidson motorcycle eastbound. Investigation determined that Kelsey attempted to merge into the right lane due to a left lane closure at a construction zone.
