Mother-Daughter Bakers Prep For Late Summer Opening Of Pink Flores Bakery In Pilsen

PILSEN — A new Latina-owned bakery and cafe is coming to Pilsen’s West 18th Street. Pink Flores Bakery & Cafe will open at 1517 W. 18th St. in late summer, said co-owner Andrea Melendez. The bakery and coffee shop’s menu will include items such as cake slices, crepes, desserts, coffee, drinks, sandwiches and paninis, Melendez said.
