More than 100 Protesters Gathered on Bowery Street to Protest the Entry of Large Furniture Companies

On May 15, more than 100 people from the "Coalition to Protect Chinatown and the Lower East Side" and the "Young People Against Eviction" organization, together with local residents, held a protest at 46 Bowery, shouting "No Vitra" and "Yes, a restaurant!" to oppose the entry of the Swiss luxury furniture brand Vitra and called on the public to boycott the company.
