Monthly recycling collections to be part of Angus kerbside bins shake-up

Summary by Ground News
Angus will become the first council in the country to tag and leave general waste bins uncollected if they contain too much rubbish. The changes aim to save the council £1/2m a year and will go before councillors on Thursday. More than half the contents of the average Angus purple bin – for general waste – could have been recycled.
