Montana Supreme Court justice cited in traffic stop involving emergency vehicle

Justice Laurie McKinnon received a citation in Broadwater County for not slowing near an emergency vehicle, per county court records from November.

McKinnon pleaded not guilty to the misdemeanor during an initial appearance on Dec. 8. She has elected to represent herself in the case, according to court records.
