Molester (56) pinches women's buttocks and breasts: 'I only saw short skirts and tight pants'

In the summer, Dordrecht was made unsafe by a serial molester. A man pinched girls and women on the buttocks or breasts. The perpetrator is psychiatric patient C. (56), who no longer took his medication. Things went wrong because of alcohol and marijuana. "I was looking for excitement."
