Mock election, equipment order signals Las Animas County improving preparedness for ballot season  - The Chronicle

The Clerk and Recorder’s Office announced last week, May 20, during the Las Animas County Board of County Commissioner’s meeting, that they plan to hold a public mock election on the second week of June and order a “large” quantity of ballot drop boxes and voting equipment, which could signal a ramp-up in preparations before the upcoming 2025 election cycle.
