MLB José Altuy Leaves Behind Member of the Hall of Fame

During Tuesday’s day in the game between Atléticos and the Houston Astros, the second Venezuelan base, José Altenu, again left his mark on the history of the Major Leagues by leaving behind a member of the Hall of Fame. With his second jonron and the third hit of the game, Altenu reached 2,287 hits for life, thus surpassing the member of the Hall of Fame Joe Cronin and being alone in the 161th place on the list of all times.
