The 10-year-old girl reported missing from Carrollton yesterday has been found safe. Isle of Wight County sheriff’s deputies say Katelynn Clark approached a home on Vellines Lane in Carrollton Tuesday afternoon. The resident recognized her picture from news reports and called 911.
