(Glenwood) The Mills County Sheriff’s Office released its latest arrest report. The list of arrests includes burglary, theft, eluding, and drug-related offenses. On October 28, deputies arrested 40-year-old Timothy Michael Miller, of Independence, Missouri, for possession of a controlled substance, 3rd Offense, eluding – speeding over 25 miles per hour over the limit, and 2nd-degree theft.
