On Wednesday, Miroslav Lávička, the rector of the University of West Bohemia, spoke at the Pilsen court about the case of Alena Lochmannová, the former vice-dean of the Faculty of Health Studies, who received over a million crowns as an extraordinary financial bonus during her doctoral studies.
