A father who was arrested after being accused of abusing his 4-year-old son appeared before a judge on Wednesday.

The 29-year-old man remains in detention without the right to bail.

The police say that the child has marks and bruises on his two wrists and that for the moment he meets his biological mother on the west coast of Florida, all after the father was accused of torturing the four-year-old boy.
