Mega Pediatric Health Fair in Nueva Guinea serves more than 3,700 children

In honor of the month of "April, People Defending Peace," the Government of Reconciliation and National Unity held a Mega Pediatric Health Fair this Saturday, April 5th, at the Jacinto Hernández Hospital in Nueva Guinea, Zelaya Central.
