Massive fire breaks out at Kingdom of Dreams in Gurugram, no injuries reported
More than two dozen fire tenders battled the blaze as firefighters said plastic granules and chemicals fueled damage to three units.
Two major fires broke out at separate locations in Gurugram on Tuesday and Wednesday, with one engulfing the Lifelong company warehouse on Pataudi Road and another affecting the Kingdom of Dreams complex in Sector 29.
A massive blaze erupted at the Lifelong warehouse in Jhund Sarai at night, prompting the fire department to deploy more than two dozen fire tenders from all Gurugram fire stations and private companies.
Plastic granules, chemicals, and other combustible materials fueled the fire, causing extensive damage to three units operating within the same building as the Lifelong warehouse.
Firefighters deployed 12 fire tenders to the shuttered Kingdom of Dreams complex in Sector 29 on Wednesday afternoon after the fire department was alerted around 1.45 pm.
No casualties were reported in either incident, officials said. A search operation and investigation into the exact cause of the two fires will commence once the blazes are fully extinguished.
