Anyone who wants to have children should work on a healthier lifestyle before conception, otherwise it can have consequences for the unborn child. This is according to several doctors from Hasselt University and Jessa Hospital in the medical journal The Lancet. "Ideally, you should start a year in advance, because changing your lifestyle is very difficult."
