What was supposed to be a drinking party between cousins in Bolinao town ended in a stabbing. According to police investigation, while the two were drinking, they had a misunderstanding that led to a fight. The suspect, a 30-year-old, took the scissors he found and immediately stabbed the victim, a 33-year-old, in the stomach.
