BOULDER COUNTY, COLORADO, JUL 11 – Carlos Alonso Ytuarte-Quinones was convicted on 19 charges including drug trafficking and kidnapping in a major narcotics case involving nearly 100 pounds of fentanyl and methamphetamine.
