FRANKLIN, Ind. (WISH) — A 19-year-old Indianapolis man was sentenced to three years in prison for attempted burglaries at two Greenwood gun stores. Javanta Phillips, 19, of Indianapolis, was convicted of two counts of burglary and resisting law enforcement.
