HENDERSON, Ky. (WEHT) -- A McLeansboro man charged in a deadly off-road crash reached a plea deal. Court records show prosecutors dropped a DUI charge against Johnny Green citing wishes from the victim's family and a blood alcohol level below the legal limit.
