GRAFTON, W.Va. (WBOY) — A Thornton man was sentenced to 25 years in prison after admitting to second-degree murder. Burel Mingus, 51, pleaded guilty during a hearing on Friday, according to Taylor County Prosecuting Attorney John Bord.
