Addison, N.Y. ― A man involved in a domestic disturbance with a woman Monday morning shot her partner and later fatally shot himself in a Southern Tier village, according to State Police. Troopers responded at 7 a.m. Friday to a home on Academy Street in the village of Addison in Steuben County, according to Trooper Lynnea Crane, a spokesperson for State Police. Addison is a village of 1,700 people southwest of Ithaca.
